Lori Heiking-Finkel : Operations Manager & Survey Administrator

Lori brings organizational skills that enable her to wear many hats. She also uses her "people skills" to develop and nurture business relationships. Lori's most important contribution is to ensure that an appropriate level of customer care is achieved, in support of the overall mission of HOWICK ASSOCIATES.

She also serves as the Survey/Assessment Administrator, Lori assists with survey design, coordinates & conducts on-line assessments, creates feedback reports, and troubleshoots technical issues clients may experience.

Her roles and responsibilities include:

  • Assist partners with revenue and expenses management
  • Prepare and maintain accurate budget and other financial reports
  • Participate in development & implementation of marketing strategies
  • Coordinate marketing and client events
  • Collaborate with marketing consultant on preparation of communication and support materials
  • Manage facilities
  • Work with consultants to confirm projects and prepare project materials
  • Handle day-to-day problem solving
  • Maintain the Howick Associates website
  • Graphic Design - sales collateral, program materials
  • Implement the marketing strategy for the book, The New Compleat Facilitator

My husband Michael and I have six children between us, four boys and two girls, and one dog named Ed. I credit my children for the development of my organizational skills and keeping me young at heart. In my leisure time, I enjoy gardening, long rides on Michael's harley-davidson motorcycle, traveling, decorating the house, and hanging out with the kids on our back deck.
