Kathleen has a background in adult education and educational design with emphasis on creativity and using the creative process for effective problem solving. She has experience in project management, group process and facilitation.
(Kathleen was not part of the team that wrote the book, The New Compleat Facilitator: a handbook for facilitators. But it is on her bedside table)
The best part of this work is that we all learn together, we work to make a difference for our clients, and have fun doing it.
I think the most important commodity in today s economy is creative ideas. Creativity is the source of continuous transformation. It helps shape processes and environments that can collaborate to improve an organization s capacity for managing change.
Helping organizations tap into the creative potential of their human resources is exciting. By encouraging imaginative paths to problem solving in the organizations we work with, we can help them examine problems and identify challenges without limiting opportunities, possible solutions and their potential success.
Kathleen has two children. She likes to take them on long road trips so she can listen to their music and their ideas. She practices yoga, loves to travel, reads everything she can lay her hands on, and enjoys long walks in the woods with her dog Hazel.
