Christy Mulligan : Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Christy brings to Howick and extensive background in project management, financial accounting and process and procedure analysis with an emphasis on driving operational efficiencies. She has worked in both large corporate environments as well as small non-profit organizations. She has earned a green belt certification in the Six Sigma methodology, an integrated and disciplined approach for improving business performance and has used this approach in evaluating and streamlining corporate processes and program implementations.

As a member of the Howick Associates Team, Christy has put to work her project management, organizational and process focused skills to help deliver superior customer care and to support the Howick Associates mission.

Her roles and responsibilities include:

  • Assist partners with revenue and expenses management
  • Maintain accurate budget and financial reports
  • Work with consultants to confirm projects and prepare project materials
  • Assists with facilitating client surveys and reports
  • Collaborating on the preparation and distribution of marketing materials
  • Managing facilities needs
  • Handling day-to-day operational requirements

Christy lives with her husband and family in Madison. They stay busy enjoying the Wisconsin outdoors, especially the lakes. They are also serious UW sports fans and love family road trips.
